An earthquake measuring 6,2 on the Richter scale occurred recently in Crete which was also felt in Cyprus.
According to the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens, the earthquake occurred at 12:24 off Crete.
The epicenter was reported 30 kilometers southeast of Zakros.
At the same time, the focal depth is 5 km.
