Pupil and student rallies are planned for today, in various major cities in Greece, on the occasion of the two-year anniversary of the Tempi train accident.
Justice for the tragedy in Tempe, improvement of infrastructure in public transport and educational institutions will require, among other things, the gathering of students from across the basin, students and teachers.
In Athens, the gathering will take place at 12 noon, at the Propylaea, with the Student Coordinating Committee and the Student Associations of the capital, as well as the Federation of Secondary Education Officials (OLME) calling on their members for mass participation.
To facilitate teachers, there will be a work stoppage from 11:00 to 14:00, while student rallies are also being organized in the central squares of major cities across the country. The main slogans of their mobilizations are "I have no more oxygen" and "Let's go and wherever it goes, it goes nowhere, the system only creates tragedies."
