A strong aftershock of 5,3 Richter occurred in Heraklion, Crete, upsetting the residents.
According to the measurement of the Geodynamic Institute, the earthquake occurred 22 kilometers southeast of Heraklion and had a focal depth of 13.9 kilometers.
It is one of the strongest aftershocks in the region after the catastrophic 5,8 Richter scale that caused the death of a man, the injury of 35 people and severe damage.
