Kougias undertakes representation of relatives of victims of the train tragedy in Tempe

The representation of the tragic relatives of the twin girls and their cousin, who were killed in the train accident in Tempe, is undertaken by the lawyer Alexis Kougias.

Also, as underlined in the relevant announcement from his law office, he has received invitations "to undertake the legal representation of many other relatives of other victims, with typical cases of victims from Crete, but he has not yet officially received the relevant authorizations".

The announcement states in detail:

"The head of our office, Mr. Alexios Kougias, undertook the support of the prosecution in the tragic accident of the collision of the two trains in Evangelismos, Larissa prefecture. The head of our office, Mr. Alexis Kougia, and his colleague, Ms. Christina Mitronatsiou, were chosen by the tragic parents, siblings and grandparents of the two twin girls and their first cousin, who, as we were informed today, lost their lives in the tragic accident of the two of trains.

The order we received is, apart from the stationmaster of the Larissa railway station, to sue and sue both the administrative officers of TRAINOSE and Hellenic Train, as well as any politicians, who either with direct malice, or with possible malice, or with criminal negligence contributed to the loss of these dozens of human lives and the injury of even more, some of them with mutilation.

Our law office has received invitations to undertake the legal representation of many other relatives of other victims, with typical cases of victims from Crete, but we have not yet officially received the relevant authorizations".
