He himself, although he appeared in the courtroom, refused to sit in the chair and addressing the court said that he has no jurisdiction to try him and that he does not recognize it.

"He stayed inside the school for about three quarters. The climate was disturbed. He threatened the teachers with a car. He shouted that we were illegal. "He pushed me up the stairs," he said characteristically. He added that everything happened in front of his child's eyes and that the other children were psychologically disturbed due to the incident. Eventually the student, as he added, remained in a specially designed area of the school until his mother came and received him.
Earlier, while the 37-year-old was waiting for the cars to start he was not wearing a mask, as provided for in the health protocols within the Courts and for this reason its police officers "Cut" and a fine of 300 euros.
