MEGA brings to light revealing testimonies by two police officers in the Court of Justice, who claim that they were pressured to allow the "filling up" of the area at the site of the national tragedy of Tempi.
As MEGA reported on Thursday (30.01.25), based on police statements, three days after the deadly train collision in Tempe, on the evening of March 3, the officials in question were called to the scene of the tragedy, where they were pressured by a number of government and service executives, as well as representatives of the Local Government, to "sweep" the area.
For their part, the police officers, based on their statements, responded that the "stuffing" could not have happened, as autopsies were in progress, and that in the event that it did, the judicial authorities would have to be informed.
Based on the same statements, it was a special meeting, where permission was requested from the police to "sweep" the area, to remove the debris, under the pretext of opening the lines and starting the routes.
