Relatives of the victims of the train accident in Tempi filed lawsuits against railway officials and against political figures to the appeals prosecutor of Larisa.
According to what was stated by the representative of the Association of the relatives of the victims, Christos Konstantinidis, and as reported by APE-MPE, the relatives are filing lawsuits against Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, the competent ministers of the current and previous governments, as well as against and railway executives.
The 260-page lawsuits, according to ERT, are directed against OSE executives, among others.
The lawsuits were filed in order to seek possible responsibilities in the current and previous governments, as well as railway officials.
The goal, as stated by Mr. Konstantinidis, is to have a 15-year judicial investigation, in order to possibly look for other responsibilities that led to the accident in Tempi.
