The two occupants of the single-engine Cessna type aircraft (Cessna 172) that crashed at 20:05 on Monday night in the Potokaki sea area of Samos were found dead.
They are a couple, a woman and a man, whose bodies were retrieved by divers and taken to hospital for autopsy and necropsy.
Earlier, divers checked the plane to rule out other occupants.
