A twenty-five-year-old woman who is hosted in an institution in Athens, complains that she was harassed for an hour by a 23-year-old man whom she met with a friend through Facebook. In fact, according to the victim's testimony, the defendant had sexual intercourse with her 18-year-old friend and when the girl, after the act, was absent from the apartment for a while, he took the opportunity, rushed at her and after hitting her in the face dragged her into the bedroom and raped her for an hour. The girl reported the incident to the Police and the 23-year-old was arrested.

It was a little after 09:00 when the two girls who are housed in an institution in Athens, cross the threshold of the 23-year-old's house in Kamatero. The 18-year-old had met the young man on Facebook and they arranged to meet at his house in the western suburbs. Not much time had passed when the 23-year-old and the 18-year-old who were sitting in the living room, decided to retire and go to the bedroom where they had sexual contact.
After the act, the 18-year-old leaves the house and then the young man puts his dirty plan into action. He asked the 25-year-old to have sex and when she refused, he falls on top of her, grabs her by the neck and after hitting her in the face, drags her into the bedroom and throws her on the bed. He forcibly removes her clothes and rapes her both naturally and naturally. The girl's torture lasted an hour. As she testified to the police officers of the Security Department of Aghii Anargyro, throughout the torture, she begged him with tears in her eyes to stop, but he ignored her and continued to unleash his sick instincts on her.
After the act, the 23-year-old left the girl and she ran away as if she were being chased and returned to the Foundation. The minor informed the Police and on February 1, police officers from the Agios Anargyro Police Department went to his house in Kamatero, handcuffed him and took him to the Department where he was identified by the girl as her rapist.
