The digital award ceremony took place on Thursday 30 July, with Kaizen Gaming sweeping three awards in the Casino Marketing Campaign, Sportsbook Innovation in Responsible Gaming and Socially Responsible Marketing Campaign categories, out of 8 nominations in which it was a finalist. More specifically, the campaigns "Wherever you are is also your Casino", "Hybrid Model: Using Artificial Intelligence to protect the player" and the corporate responsibility program "Little Heroes by Stoiximan" were awarded, and in particular the campaign that informs about her partnership with HopeGenesis.

The prize for the campaign "Wherever you are is your Casino" highlighted the responsibility and creativity in the communication of the brand, but also the role that the specific product plays in its development. At the same time, the campaign places the customer at the center to offer an excellent, innovative and modern gaming experience, further highlighting the corporate values ​​of Kaizen Gaming.

The campaign for "Hybrid Model: Utilizing Artificial Intelligence to Optimize Human Value to Protect the Player" highlights the way Kaizen Gaming manages Technology. The company utilizes the possibilities of Artificial Intelligence for faster and more accurate detection of specific behavior patterns, so that the trained agents can then take over the communication for the best protection and safety of the player. In other words, it is an approach that confirms that the combination of technology and human intervention can contribute to Responsible Gaming and that, according to the Evaluation Committee, "should be implemented by the entire industry".

The corporate responsibility campaign also won an award "Little Heroes by Stoiximan" and more specifically Kaizen Gaming's synergy with HopeGenesis, highlighting its strong commitment to undertaking initiatives of a social nature. In this emotional campaign, the Ambassadors of the "Little Heroes" program Lefteris Petrounias, Dimitris Diamantidis, Spyros Gianniotis and Vassiliki Millousi are the protagonists, embodying the message of the initiative, which is that the Heroes of Tomorrow can be found in every corner of Greece. In collaboration with HopeGenesis, the company has adopted ten acre islands with the aim of stopping the phenomenon of low fertility in the country. To date, 33 babies have been born and several more pregnant women continue to receive comprehensive medical care and treatment until the birth of even more Little Heroes.
