Oat bars with banana and peanut butter ("The Fella Twins")

Healthy, fasting, full of energy oat bars with banana and peanut butter. No gluten, no sugar, no eggs, no butter and so delicious.

Components
• 150 gr. peanut butter
• 2 ripe bananas, melted with a fork
• 350 gr. oats
• 100 gr. honey
• 1 pinch of cinnamon
• ¼ κ.γ. baking soda
• ½ κ.γ. baking powder
• 50 gr. hazelnuts pounded in the multi
Execution method
• In a bowl, mix the hazelnuts, cinnamon, baking soda and oats and set aside.
• Heat the honey in a saucepan. Remove from the heat and add the peanut butter, banana and the mixture of solids and mix.
• Spread the mixture in a square pan with oil paste and press it down to flatten.
• Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes
• Remove from the oven, allow to cool and cut into pieces.
