Peanut Butter, Oatmeal and Honey Cookies (“The Fella Twins”)

Components
• 200 gr. peanut butter
• 100 gr. oats
• 100 gr. honey
• ½ κ.γ. baking soda
• 50 gr. chocolate couverture, coarsely chopped (optional)

Execution method
Melt the honey in a saucepan over low heat.
Remove from the heat, add the peanut butter and stir. Be careful not to mix it too much because it will tighten the mixture.
Finally, add the oats, baking soda and chocolate if desired and mix well until the mixture is homogeneous.
• Wrap our mixture with a grease gun and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to freeze.
• With the help of a rolling pin, open the dough (covered with oil paste) and cut cookies with a glass or cup of your choice.
Bake in a preheated oven at 140 degrees for about 15-25 minutes until golden brown.
• Allow the cookies to cool and tighten.
• Store the cookies in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
