• Put all the filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a spoon until the sauce mixture is homogenous.
For the dough
• In the mixing bowl, mix the yeast and sugar with the lukewarm water.
• Cover with cling film and leave for 10 ′ to activate.
• When the surface foams, add the flour and salt and beat with the hook on medium to high speed for 8-10 ′ until the dough is smooth, soft and fluffy.
• Then add the olive oil and continue beating until absorbed.
• Grease a bowl, put the dough inside, cover with cling film and leave for 1-2 hours to double at room temperature.
• Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces.
• On a lightly floured surface, open each piece with a rolling pin into a round sheet 2-3 mm thick.
• Place a piece of oil paste in a pan and put 1 sheet on top and with a spoon spread the whole surface with tomato sauce.
• Next, add cheese, pepper and ham and cover with the next sheet.
• With a sharp knife cut into 4 leaving 3-4 cm of dough in the center together (It would be good to put a glass in the center of the dough so as not to cut the center of the dough).
• Then, we divide the 4 pieces into 8 and then into 16. (Like a pizza, ie cut into 16 triangles with the center joined to hold the pieces).
• Take 1 piece and twist it 2-3 times to form two-tone waves of dough - tomato sauce.
• Repeat the same with the other pieces of dough
• Leave the pizza in a hot place for 30 ′ to rise.
• Bake the pizza in a well preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
