Cold salad with chicken and red pepper sauce (“The Fella Twins”)

Components
• 500 gr. wholemeal pens
• 2 chicken breast fillets cut into small pieces
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
• Dried oregano
• Thyme
• 200 gr. slice cut into cubes
• Or bunch of parsley, finely chopped
• Juice of 1 lemon

For the sauce
• 2 roasted or canned Florin peppers
• 250 gr. cream cheese
• Salt
• Pepper
Execution method
• Add the penne to a saucepan with enough salted water and boil them according to the instructions on the package.
• At the same time, put a pan on the fire to burn without oil.
• Cut the chicken fillets into pieces, and put them in a bowl. Pour in the chicken 1 tbsp. olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and thyme.
• Put the chicken pieces in the pan and stir with a wooden spoon until golden brown on both sides.
• Next, put the garlic in the pan and stir.
• Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a deep large bowl and set aside.
• Once the penne has boiled, empty it with a slotted spoon into the bowl with the chicken.
• Add the chopped parsley and feta and mix.

For the sauce
• Put the cream cheese, the peppers cut into thick slices, the salt, the pepper and the lemon juice in the multi-machine with the knives.
• Mash until it becomes a smooth puree.
• Once ready, pour the mixture into the bowl with the chicken, feta cheese and penne and mix with a wooden spoon.
