The Deputy Ministry of Social Welfare announces today, September 11, 2024, the start of the payment of a one-off grant, as part of the Government's decision on the package of measures of an immediate and reinforcing nature, for the families of male and female students of public schools for the school year 2024-2025.
The one-off grant amounts to €150 per family and will be paid directly into the bank accounts of families entitled to child benefit, whose at least three children attend Pre-Primary (ages 4 6/12 and above), Primary, Secondary and Technical Education .
It is clarified that the beneficiaries of this measure include families who have children attending private education.
