The Minister of Energy, Commerce and Industry, Giorgos Papanastasiou, will announce the launch of the e-Kalathi electronic platform today, during a press conference.
In statements on Tuesday on the sidelines of the Investopia Global Mediterranean Forum in Limassol, Mr. Papanastasiou said that the Ministry is ready to present the platform to interested parties and then, after the Council of Ministers meeting, which is scheduled for this morning, it will also make a presentation to the media about the opening of the platform.
"We are preparing the public to accept the e-cart, the digital platform that we have prepared at the Ministry so that they can use this tool to make smarter purchases," he said, adding that after the presentation to the media, the platform will open very soon and there will be a campaign to inform the public for three days.
