Applications for the "Interest Subsidy Scheme for Income-Tested Mortgage Loans" will be open until 31/03/2025, the Ministry of Finance announced on Friday.
As stated, following its previous announcements, dated 26.02.2025 and 11.12.2024, regarding the "Interest Subsidy Scheme for Income-Tested Mortgage Loans", the Ministry informs the public that applications together with supporting documents will be submitted in paper form to the Citizen Service Centers (KEP) and Citizen Centers (KEPO), after arranging an appointment, until 31/03/2025.
The Scheme is implemented by the General Accounting Office of the Republic, which the public can contact at telephone numbers 22602365, 22602381 and 22602317, as well as at the email address interestsubsidyscheme@treasury.gov.cy, the announcement concludes.
