With reference to the issue that has been concerning the last few days regarding the TAKATA airbags, 62 police vehicles are affected in the Police which have the specific airbags installed.
The Police are already in contact with the supplier company from where we have procured the specific vehicles, so that all the procedures provided for will be followed and all necessary measures will be taken to remedy the problem.
It is emphasized that the operational readiness of the Police is not affected by this specific event.
