The mass installation of smart meters continues throughout the month of March in all regions, the Cyprus Electricity Authority announced.
The mass installation of smart meters continues, according to the EAC, in the following areas:
Nicosia: Agios Dometios, Hippodrome area, on both sides of Dimokratias Street, between Grigoris Afxentiou, Vasileos Pavlou, Argirokastro, Agios Pavlou, Parthenon Streets and up to the limits of the green line
Limassol: Katholiki Area (North of Limassol Municipal Hall), between Spyros Araouzos, Syntagma, Agia Thekla, Ferzi Pasha, Bayatzit, Zalogou, Northern Epirus, Archbishop Leontios I, Irene, Sixteenth of June 1943, Victor Hugo, Justinou, Agia Phylaxeos, Gladstonos and Anexartisias Streets, Limassol.
Larnaca: On either side of Archbishop Makarios III Avenue from the height of Grigoris Afxentiou Street up to the height of the Port roundabout, area between Tassos Papadopoulos, Spyros Kyprianou and Agioi Anargyroi Avenues, Larnaca.
Famagusta: Ayia Napa, City Center, on both sides of Tefkrou Anthia and Kataspilon Streets
Paphos: Agios Pavlos area, between Papagou, Ampelokipoi, Kinyra, Charalambous Mouskou streets, Evagoras Pallikaridis Avenue, Andreas Geroudis, Zenonos Kitieos, Thermopylon, Akamantidos, Evripidos Charalambous, Neapoleos streets and Hellas and Dimokratias avenues, Paphos.
The EAC reminds that in order to safely replace the meter, the supply will be interrupted for a period of time that is not expected to exceed 20 minutes. The Authority apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
