Police: More than €100.000 collected from various warrants in a single day

The Police announced that during a campaign carried out on Tuesday by members of the Nicosia Police Department, a total of 209 fine warrants were executed, from which the sum of €101.582,56 was collected.

From the beginning of the year until today, the Nicosia Police Department executed 8.328 fine warrants, from which the amount of €1.962.164,97 was collected.

The warrants executed concern various categories of debts such as for traffic and criminal offences, debts to social security and town halls, as well as alimony and private criminal cases.
