Police arrested a 30-year-old convict early Monday morning in connection with the murder of a foreign national that was committed on Sunday at the Central Prisons. The arrested man is expected to be brought before a court today for the issuance of a detention order.
According to a police report, a case of premeditated murder is being investigated.
