A woman in Paphos envisioned a spot where human bones were found

A number of skulls and human bones were found on Thursday near the chapel of Panagia Chrysospiliotissa in Arodes, in the province of Paphos. The strangest thing about the case is that the thread of the case unfolded when a woman, a resident of the area, appeared at the Pegeia Police and stated that she envisioned that there were human skeletons buried in the specific chapel.

Although the woman's reports were initially viewed with disbelief, however, accompanied by police officers and members of the Arodos Community Authority, the woman indicated the location of the human bones based on her vision. The excavation that followed, at a shallow depth from the surface, actually revealed five human skulls and a number of other bones, which also appear to be human.

Police remained overnight at the guarded tent, and on Friday special examinations will be conducted by anthropologists from the Institute of Neurology and Genetics and by Department of Antiquities officials who were briefed on further investigations into the unusual case. About a month ago, in the same church site of Arodes, a small number of human bones were also found, which were received by the competent
Principles.
