The Criminal Court of Limassol decided to postpone again the hearing of the case in relation to the investment pyramid Metamax, with the two defendants, 63 and 54 years old, remaining free with restrictive conditions.
Following a request from the defense lawyers, the Limassol Criminal Court set a new trial date for the case on October 30.
The two defendants, who are alleged to have promoted Metamax in Cyprus, persuading citizens to invest, promising large and quick profits, are facing charges of conspiracy to commit a felony, a pyramid scheme and money laundering,
