The number of plots for sale across occupied Cyprus has reached 6.900, of which 646 are worth more than £1 million, with the most expensive land being a 210-acre seaside property in Kalogria, occupied Kyrenia, worth £52,5 million. This property, it is reported, has a British title deed and a hotel and tourist facilities license.
The website Ginikk publishes today that according to data collected until August 4, activity in the real estate market is increasing, with the number of plots and parcels for sale exceeding 6.900.
Of these properties, 71% are plots of land, while 29% are fields. Kyrenia, it added, is the area with the most sales, with 2.261 property listings for sale, followed by the areas of Trikomo and Famagusta.
Guinick adds that her research identified 646 properties worth more than £1m, the vast majority of which range from £1m to £5m.
