The "Ministry of Education" announced the publication of the "(amending) regulation on the rules of conduct and discipline inside and outside secondary schools", as well as a relevant "circular" issued under article 5 of the said "regulation".
According to a statement from the "ministry"'s press office, which is quoted in a publication by the online "Özgür Gazete Kıbrıs", the "regulation" was approved during yesterday's "council of ministers" meeting and entered into force upon its publication in the "official gazette".
It is added that the "regulation" and the "circular" have been posted on the "ministry"'s website for public information, were communicated to the relevant teachers' trade unions and were sent to the schools under the "ministry".
