On October 17, 2024 at 10:42, the KSED of Larnaca received information regarding a possible diving accident in the marine area of the "ZINOVIA" wreck, specifically a person who, after surfacing, showed mild symptoms of divers' disease.
The KSED immediately mobilized a speed boat of the Port and Maritime Police, which picked up the diver and delivered him to an Ambulance of the State Health Services Organization (OKYPY).
The diver was transferred to the Larnaca General Hospital at 11:25 for further medical treatment.
