Specifically, as reported by the Police, at 7:45 yesterday morning information was received from a hunter that in the area of the wind park of Agia Anna Kalou Chorio, territory of Agia Anna, he found a military projectile of the National Guard that had not exploded in a ravine.
According to the Police, members of the Kofinos Police Station, the Fire Department of the Police and members of the Larnaca Fire Service went to the scene.
It is noted that "after a check in the area, 100mm BMP shells were found, sighted but not exploded".
It is reported that "the scene was cut off and with controlled explosions the missiles were successfully destroyed".
