The Pancypriot Union of Government Doctors (PASYKI) and PASYDY will have a meeting with OKYpY at 12 noon with the aim of removing the deadlock that came from the result of the house that was assigned the study on the incentive plan, which the doctors dispute .
OKYpY had proposed to the doctors, in July, a fund of €4,1 million, which the doctors disputed and asked for a study to be carried out. The study ended up costing just €2,5 million, which caused a backlash from the guilds, who are currently questioning the terms of reference of the researcher.
For its part, OKYpY is reportedly preparing to discuss the parameters that will be taken into account for the conclusion of an agreement that will concern the finances that doctors will receive in the years 2024-2026.
As PASYKI President Sotiris Koumas told KYPE in relation to today's meeting, "OKYpY called us for a consultation, which means that nothing is over for us".
