The next few hours are critical for the renewal of the collective agreement in the hotel industry, according to SEC, as in the afternoon, the association of hoteliers PASYXE and STEK and the guilds OUXEKA-SEK and SYXKA PEO return to the negotiation table, in the presence of the mediation service of the Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance.t
The aim of the negotiations, according to an announcement by the Greek Confederation of Trade Unions, is to find an agreement that will lead to the renewal of the collective agreement.
"The positive outcome of the dialogue that will lead to the renewal of the collective agreement will create positive ramifications for the conditions and working conditions of the hotel employees and, at the same time, will assist in the better and smoother operation of the wider tourism industry," he adds.
Finally, the SEC reminds that the Department of Labor Relations of the Ministry of Labor has already held a series of meetings with the two sides.
