The Police are investigating the circumstances under which a 64-year-old woman, while at her workplace in a building in the Nicosia district yesterday afternoon, was attacked by four dogs kept by their owner on the premises.
Specifically, according to a police statement, shortly before 4.30:64 on Monday afternoon, after the XNUMX-year-old had completed her work on the premises, she opened the cage of the four dogs, as is done daily, so that the dogs could move and enter the fenced area of the premises, where they remain every night, for guarding purposes.
Under circumstances that are being investigated, the 64-year-old woman was attacked by the four dogs, resulting in injuries to her legs. She was taken to the Nicosia General Hospital, where she received treatment and was kept for hospitalization, with her health condition being out of danger, according to the attending doctors.
