In view of the Christmas and New Year holidays and in the context of strengthening family ties, prisoners will be allowed to receive an additional visit from close relatives (father, mother, spouse, son, daughter, brother, sister, grandfather, grandmother), without presenting visitor permit forms, assuming that visitors will present an ID or passport, says the Department of Prisons in a statement.
It is noted that the additional visit can be made on Christmas Eve (24.12.2024), Christmas (25.12.2024), Christmas Day (26.12.2024), New Year's Day (01.01.2025) and Epiphany (06.01.2025. 08). Visiting hours are 00:13 — 00:30 and the duration of the visit is XNUMX minutes.
For one more year, gifts will be given to the children, grandchildren and other children of the prisoners' families up to the age of 16.
