Earlier the aircraft with three people on board circled the airport for almost four hours as the fault was discovered soon after take off.
The mobilization at the airport was large with more than ten fire, police and emergency services vehicles near the runway.
As explained by a representative of the airport, the 53-year-old pilot immediately identified the damage and tried to find ways to repair it, but since this was not definitively possible, it was decided to make the emergency landing. "It was in the air for four hours to burn off its fuel," the spokesman added.
Despite landing without wheels, neither the pilot nor the 60-year-old man and 65-year-old woman on board the plane were unharmed with the couple getting into a car and heading home.
