Three of the victims were hit by the black Jeep while standing outside the building, while the fourth person who died was inside the building, authorities said. Six others were rushed to the hospital, including one who had to be airlifted for treatment.

Police arrested the driver and there are suspicions of driving under the influence of alcohol.

The driver, who was identified as the sole occupant of the vehicle, was not injured but was taken to a local hospital for evaluation. No further information has been released regarding the cause of the accident or the identity of the driver.

Footage from the scene showed large holes on both sides of the building and a black Jeep with severe damage to the front. The car reportedly crashed into the east side of the building with such force that it came out the other side.
