A rescue operation was set up yesterday to locate 39 people missing after the boat they were on board capsized on Saturday, according to the US Coast Guard.
The boat, which was sailing from the Bimini Islands in the Bahamas, capsized about 70 kilometers from Fort Pierce Inlet Park due to bad weather, the US Coast Guard said on Twitter, noting that there is suspicion of an operation started by traffickers of illegal immigrants.
