Turkey will not allow "any fait accompli" in Cyprus, the Aegean, the Eastern Mediterranean, the defense minister stressed, adding that Ankara is open to dialogue

Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said 3.585 terrorists have been neutralized since the beginning of this year.
