The President of the Republic, Nikos Anastasiadis, chaired today, at the Presidential Palace, a meeting of the inter-ministerial committee for the pandemic, which resulted in proposals that will be submitted to the Council of Ministers, tomorrow, for decision-making.
The meeting discussed and evaluated the epidemiological picture of the country, the scientific views and recommendations of the epidemiological advisory team, the parameters and implications of the Covid-19, as well as additional measures to be taken, both locally and nationwide, to prevent its spread.
A written statement by Government Spokesman Kyriakos Kousios on the issue states that the inter-ministerial committee has made suggestions, which will be submitted for discussion and decision-making at tomorrow's meeting of the Council of Ministers.
