Hours before her suicide, 12-year-old Anastasia Kysluk was watching videos of people being hanged and looking for information on the best type of rope.
A spokesman for the authorities said she was a member of the "Blue Whale" suicide game and appeared to have been hanged in the barn at her home in Ukraine after receiving orders from the group leader.
The Blue Whale is a game that encourages young people to commit suicide. It is believed that a team manager gives instructions that members must complete in 50 days.
Things to do include self-harm, watching horror movies, and waking up at unusual times. But these are gradually becoming more extreme.
Her family and friends are in a state of SHOCK
Managers on the 50th day of the game "Blue Whale" give young people instructions to commit suicide. The lifeless body of the 12-year-old was found by her grandparents with whom she lived while her mother worked in Poland.
The shocked friends of the 12-year-old stated that they had not noticed anything strange in her behavior before she ended her life.
"The day before she died, she was talking to me on the Internet and asking what our schoolwork was like," said a friend of the 12-year-old, adding: "Everything looked good. The next day I learned that he was hanged. "I'm still shocked."
