The hundreds of millions spent by Elon Musk, the endless hours combined with the miles and resources he put into the service of Donald Trump, today give him the right to enjoy it in his own - always somewhat special - way.
The richest man on our planet - and in the future maybe on Mars - found himself on the stage of the stadium (ed. Capital One Arena) where the parade in honor of the country's 47th president took place. Musk's enthusiasm could not be hidden and with a wide smile he began to address the crowd, which admiring him.
Musk, who is generally shy, but in his rare moments of public cheerfulness, has his own way of "releasing" his joy, began beating his chest, thanking those who supported him and Trump, and jumping on stage shouting, before coordinating his thoughts and addressing the crowd.
In the video of his speech, at the 20th second mark in the excerpt below from the PBS account on X, Musk is seen greeting and thanking the crowd in the huge indoor stadium in Washington. The gesture clearly refers to a Nazi salute, but the truth is that Musk would hardly go for such an extreme deviation for himself, and for Trump.

However, in the video that Musk's team uploaded to his X account, this particular scene has been "cut" and, instead of Musk's controversial greeting, viewers appear applauding him.
