German police have arrested four men, one of whom is suspected of plotting knife attacks in the Berlin half marathon on Sunday, Die Welt reported in its online edition.
According to Die Welt, the four suspects were linked to Anis Amri, the Islamist-linked Tunisian asylum seeker whose application was rejected and who seized a truck in December 2016, killed the driver and then threw him into a busy killing another 11 people and injuring dozens more.
