A summit between the leaders of Russia and North Korea is possible, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peshkov told reporters, adding that the form and timing of such a meeting would be discussed through diplomacy.
Such a summit was discussed during Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov's visit to North Korea during his meeting with Kim Jong Un, the North Korean news agency had earlier reported.
