A Cairo court has sentenced ten suspects to death on charges related to forming a terrorist group and plotting to attack police and security forces, according to court sources.
The same court sentenced five other suspects to life in prison for terrorism. The convicts were supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood, whose activities have been banned in Egypt since the fall of former President Mohamed Morsi in 2013.
