One dead and 30 injured from turbulence on a London-Singapore flight

The Singapore Airlines flight from London to Singapore turned into a thriller.

There was severe turbulence on the flight, which left one person dead and more than 30 injured, the BBC reported.

The Singapore-bound Boeing 777-300ER diverted to Bangkok and landed at 15:45 local time (08:00 GMT).
