Three dead and five injured
A gunman opened fire inside a yoga school in the Florida town of Tallahassee, killing two people and injuring five others before committing suicide, local police chief Michael DiLio said today.
The incident took place at the Hot Yoga studio located inside a small shopping center in the capital Talahasi in the southeastern state of Florida. Police were alerted to the shooting at 5.37 p.m. local time on Friday (00.37 Greek time, early Saturday 3/11) and her reaction was immediate, DiLio said.
"The gunman is dead. Earlier, we reported that a victim had died. We have another victim who ended up with his injuries while being transported to the hospital. And there are five other people who are injured and in critical condition, "Dillio told reporters.
