Young people in Paris decided to bring to life the horror film The Purge of 2013. According to the film, once a year, all crimes are legal.
The young people organized through social media with calls for "action" with the result that dozens of hooded men were on the streets and on the occasion of Halloween did not give a "target" to the authorities.
The incidents erupted on the outskirts of Paris with hooded men attacking police, damaging cars and houses, even passing trams, and robbing shops.
The police intervened with chemicals and prosigage least 100 people, while 15.000 policemen were on foot. "Halloween must remain a holiday," said Home Secretary Christophe Castaner. It is noted that the "call" started from a facebook event made by a 19-year-old who was arrested. He himself stated that he did it "for fun" and that he did not expect that he would have such a response.
Last year, however, there were even more extensive episodes. Episodes in the most degraded areas of Paris are common at regular intervals.
