USA: Homeless man drowned in a lake - Police refused to help him (BINTEO)

Shocking video documentary that saw the light of day as a young man dives into her pool Arizona of the USA and a few minutes later drowning, while previously begging for help from the police officers who were at the scene and just looked at him.

Arizona police responded to a report of an upset between a couple near the Elmore Footbridge in Tempe Town when the man jumped into the lake, local News 12 reported.

When police arrived at the scene, 34-year-old Sean Bickings and his partner denied that there had been a heated argument between them, but later when they told the couple that they would check their names to see if they had pending arrest warrants, then Bickings climbed over a fence and entered the lake, as seen in the video from the body camera carried by one of the officers.

"I'm going for a swim. Am I free to go right?", The man is heard saying in the video, with the police telling him that he is not allowed to swim in the lake, while he was standing on the other side of the fence.

While the 34-year-old appears to be swimming, one of the police officers is heard asking his colleagues "how far do you think he will be able to swim?".

The sequel is dramatic, as the description of the incident shows, as the full video was not released, the 34-year-old tells the officers that he is drowning and they tell him to swim to the pillar and catch him to keep him alive.

"Choke!", he said. "Come back to the pillar," one officer replied. "I can not. I can not ", the man answered. "I will not jump into the water to reach you", adds an officer, with the 34-year-old begging for help and shouting that he can not reach the point indicated by the police.

Bickings's partner also begs the police to do something to help him, and according to the New York Post, one of the police officers threatens to put her in the patrol if she does not calm down.

Eventually, one of the officers tried to take a boat to rescue the unfortunate man, but it was too late.

Scottsdale Police and the Public Security Department are investigating the incident and the reaction of the three officers, who were placed on paid administrative leave pending an investigation, according to News12.
