A 14-year-old student, armed with two knives, stabbed three teachers and two students this morning at a school in the city of Jerez de la Frontera in Andalusia (southern Spain) and was subsequently arrested, police said.
According to a police spokesman who was on the scene, the teenager injured himself by stabbing these five people repeatedly, shortly after the start of classes.
The teenager was brandishing two large knives hidden in his backpack in the school classroom and attacked his classmates and teachers, threatening to kill them, a student's mother told the Canal SUR network.
