Three people were killed and nine injured Tuesday night during a Halloween party at a home in Long Beach, California.
It was around 22:44 when a call was received for an incident with multiple injuries. When firefighters arrived at the scene, they saw a scene of chaos, with 12 injured, three of whom succumbed.
Eyewitnesses reported hearing about 20 shots.
