The Syrian opposition reached an agreement in Riyadh on Friday to send a joint delegation to the forthcoming UN-sponsored talks with the regime in Geneva.
It was agreed "with the other two (opposition) organizations to send a single delegation to participate in the direct talks in Geneva," said Basma Condmani, a member of the National Coalition of Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces.
According to Condmani, this delegation will have about 50 members. "New meetings will be held tomorrow (today, Friday) to decide who the members of the delegation will be and to determine the mechanism of its operation," she added during a press conference she gave in the Saudi capital.
