In an atmosphere of national pride, the events for the national holiday culminated today in the heart of Paris, under the Arc de Triomphe.

The teachers and students of the Greek schools of Paris and the region, but also the expatriate Hellenism of Paris, honored the National Anniversary of March 25, 182I, but also the beginning of the Cypriot liberation struggle of April 1, 1955.
At 11.30, the solemn Doxology was performed at the Metropolitan Church of St. Stephen in Paris, followed by the laying of a wreath by the Commissioner of Greece at the monument of the Unknown Soldier, in the Arc de Triomphe.
The Philharmonic played raids causing thrill to the attendees who honored the ceremony with their presence.
