The journalist after he put salt and pepper on the steak, sealed it in a plastic bag and then put it in the dishwasher. The following video he posted on his account shows the process, which lasted for 96 minutes.
The sealed steak in the bag does not have much water and other possible contaminants, as the heat and steam of the washing machine provide the perfect environment for cooking meat.
